A busy independent residential estate agency is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their Woodford office. This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on viewings, sales progression, and delivering excellent client service without the responsibility of generating listings.

You will play a key role in converting opportunities and ensuring smooth transactions for buyers and vendors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Progressing sales from offer to completion
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Updating sales records and reporting to management
• Supporting the branch in achieving sales targets
• Assisting the team with ad-hoc sales-related tasks
• Preparing property marketing materials and maintaining accurate records 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Positive attitude, motivated, and results-driven
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Local knowledge of Woodford and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence desirable
