Are you a confident, driven, and ambitious property professional? Zest, an independent estate agency based in Bath, is looking for a passionate Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, high-performing team.

This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with the Head of Sales to help manage daily operations, nurture client relationships, and drive residential sales performance.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and converting valuations into new instructions
• Supporting the Head of Sales with day-to-day departmental operations
• Managing buyers and sellers from enquiry through to completion
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations
• Progressing sales efficiently in liaison with solicitors, brokers, and other parties
• Keeping vendors informed with regular updates and market advice
• Maximising cross-selling opportunities in property services
• Building lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales (essential)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Proactive and confident team player
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• A keen interest in the property market
• Full UK driving licence (use of pool car provided)
