Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Estate Agency

Experienced Sales Valuer / Lister required for busy Tottenham based estate agency. Responsible for winning instructions, conducting market appraisals and building strong client relationships to grow the sales register and maximise branch revenue.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join a successful independent estate agency in Tottenham.

This role focuses on winning new instructions, conducting accurate market appraisals and delivering excellent service to vendors throughout the sales process. You will play a key role in increasing the branch’s property register and contributing to overall office performance. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations
• Win new sales instructions across a range of property values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Provide professional advice on pricing and marketing strategies
• Grow and maintain the branch property register
• Negotiate fees and secure instructions
• Work closely with the sales team to progress listings through to completion
• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the client journey
• Support overall branch performance and profitability 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister within residential estate agency
• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
• Strong knowledge of the sales process and valuation techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service and relationship-building ability
• Confident, motivated and target-focused approach
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Knowledge of the North London property market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
