Vacancy: TENANCY MANAGER -Residential Lettings

We're seeking an experienced Letting professional for this Tenancy Management role:

Wanted! Tenancy Manager to oversee move-ins, renewals, compliance, and landlord/tenant support while contributing to a busy South East London office. A great role for someone organised, proactive, and people-focused.

This position is ideal for someone with solid lettings experience who thrives in a structured, service-driven environment.

You'll manage tenancy progression, compliance, and renewals while supporting the wider team across day-to-day office operations. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing all move-in processes including referencing, invoicing, tenancy agreements, inventories, and deposits
• Handling renewals, negotiating rent adjustments, preparing ASTs and invoices
• Overseeing compliance checks: AML, right-to-rent, rent guarantees, landlord/tenant insurance
• Ensuring all required licences (selective, additional, HMO) are in place and compliant
• Providing ongoing support to landlords and tenants throughout their tenancy
• Assisting the Property Manager with repairs and maintenance coordination when needed
• Answering office calls and booking sales and lettings viewings
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and communicative team environment

• Strong experience in estate agency and the lettings process
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Proven ability to relate well to people in varied situations
• Patient, positive, and solutions-focused approach
• Friendly, calm, and a genuine team player
• Lives within easy commuting distance of SE6
• Strong IT skills with willingness to learn new systems quickly
• Awareness of upcoming lettings legislation changes (2025)
