Job Title: BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR – Estate Agent

Location: Banstead, SM7

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced Branch Administrator to join a market leading Independent Estate Agents based in Banstead. Previous Estate Agency experience essential!

The successful candidate will bring strong administrative skills and previous Estate Agency experience, and thrive in a busy, professional team environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
  • Managing office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
  • Ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling client communications with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinating diaries, appointments, and property documentation
  • Using Estate Agency software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a sales office administrator
  • Estate Agency experience preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, well-presented, and ambitious
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
