Exciting opportunity! We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator who loves looking after people, managing viewings, negotiations, and tenancy progression, working with Prime Central London stock while supporting landlords and tenants through the lettings process.

Our client is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join their Fitzrovia office.

This is a hands-on position offering responsibility across the full lettings process, exposure to Prime Central London properties, and structured opportunities for progression within the business. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Arranging and conducting property viewings, demonstrating strong local market knowledge
• Negotiating rental terms to achieve positive outcomes for landlords and tenants
• Managing tenant applications, referencing, and compliance checks
• Ensuring properties meet all legal, health, and safety requirements
• Building and maintaining landlord relationships to encourage repeat business
• Liaising with the property management team to ensure smooth tenancy handovers
• Monitoring local market trends and advising clients accordingly 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in a lettings negotiator or similar role
• Good working knowledge of UK lettings legislation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple instructions and deadlines
• Experience using CRM software
• Motivated and keen to develop within the role
