WANTED! BRANCH MANAGER - An opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency professional to lead a keen team in the Crystal Palace branch: driving performance, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service within a modern independent business.

This role would suit an established Branch Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager with passion and desire, ready to take the next step. You will lead by example, combining strong people management with proven sales ability. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the Crystal Palace branch

• Driving residential sales performance and market share

• Winning new instructions at the right price and fee level

• Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team

• Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the sales process

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant sales procedures and regulations

• Reporting on performance and implementing strategies to exceed targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as an Estate Agency Branch Manager (or strong Assistant Manager)

• Solid understanding of residential sales procedures

• Proven ability to win instructions and negotiate successfully

• Professional, personable, and confident communication style

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads

• Calm, decisive approach when working under pressure

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service focus

• Full UK driving licence

• Local knowledge of Crystal Palace beneficial
