An independent estate agency in Littlehampton is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team. A varied, client-facing role offering strong earning potential, career development, and the opportunity to build a successful property career.

The company would consider applicants with some previous estate agency experience, but they are also open to a more junior candidate looking to begin a career in property. Both full-time and part-time working arrangements may be considered for the right person.

This is a varied and client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of the branch. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct property viewings and manage applicant appointments
• Register buyers and match them to suitable properties
• Follow up with applicants and vendors to progress sales opportunities
• Assist with property valuations and generating new instructions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain regular communication with buyers, vendors, and colleagues
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Support the branch team in achieving office targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Some previous experience in estate agency or residential property sales preferred (junior candidates will also be considered)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional presentation
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of the Littlehampton area helpful but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Good written and spoken English
