An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join an award-winning independent estate agency based in East Sheen, South West London. This role offers full training, support and the chance to develop within a respected brand operating in the upper end of the property market.

This position would suit someone with previous sales or customer-facing experience who is confident communicating with clients, motivated to succeed and keen to develop their career within the property industry. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Building relationships with buyers and vendors

• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

• Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors

• Generating new business opportunities

• Keeping accurate records within the CRM system

• Supporting the sales team in achieving office targets

• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Around 12 months’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role

• Previous sales experience would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional telephone manner

• Well presented and articulate

• Ambitious and self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Strong customer service focus

• Local knowledge of South West London preferred

• Full UK driving licence

• Professional and responsible approach to Estate Agency
