Job Title: BRANCH OFFICE ADMINISTRTOR - Estate Agency
Location: Kingston (Ham), KT2
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join a growing local independent estate agency team. This is a multifaceted support role encompassing administration, marketing, viewings, sales progression, and office management.
You'll work closely with senior staff, helping to streamline operations and push through deals, while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Providing admin and operational support to senior staff
- Organising team schedules and daily agendas
- Covering the office and liaising with clients when others are out
- Assisting with marketing of new properties and digital listings
- Supporting with sales progression and coordination
- Conducting viewings, if required
- Helping to ensure deals are completed efficiently
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in property or office coordination (preferred)
- Confident using CRM systems and office software
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Self-driven and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable, with an interest in property
- Willingness to get involved wherever needed
