An exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to drive business growth, secure new partnerships, and conduct valuations for a rapidly expanding property auction house based in the South West London area.

Our client is a progressive property auction house experiencing rapid national growth. With a strong foundation and ambitious plans for expansion, they’re now seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Valuer to build strategic relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and other partners.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to combine valuation expertise with business development in a highly rewarding environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Identify and win new business from estate agents, solicitors, and related partners.
• Conduct valuations and provide professional advice to clients.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals.
• Self-generate opportunities and manage your own pipeline of leads.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches both in person and online.
• Report accurately on business development activity and revenue generation.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and uphold company standards. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Valuer or Branch Manager within the property sector.
• Strong background in new business generation and client relationship management.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to cold call and build partnerships independently.
• Highly organised, motivated, and commercially minded.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in property auctions or B2B sales is desirable but not essential.
