Great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with some previous experience to join an independent estate agency in Hailsham and develop their career: Showing properties, supporting property sales, assisting buyers and sellers, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy office environment.

An opportunity has arisen for a property Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency based in Hailsham. This role may suit someone at an early stage in their property career or with transferable sales or customer service experience.

Working within a busy office, you will support the sales team with day-to-day activities, assisting buyers and sellers while developing your knowledge of the property market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Assisting with negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Supporting the progression of sales through to completion
• Liaising with vendors, buyers and third parties
• Providing regular updates and feedback to clients
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and enthusiastic approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional and well-presented manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
