SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE: £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join an independent estate agency in Hailsham and develop their career in Estate Agency: delivering strong sales results, winning instructions, and providing excellent service to buyers and sellers.

This is a varied and rewarding role within a busy office, offering strong earning potential and career development.

You will play a key role in driving property sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the continued success of the business across the East Sussex area. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing agreed sales through to completion
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Liaising with vendors and buyers to keep transactions on track
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing regular updates and feedback to all parties
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other stakeholders
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous estate agency sales experience essential
• Strong negotiation skills and proven sales ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to manage and progress multiple transactions
• Knowledge of the local East Sussex property market preferred
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
