Worth Recruiting is working with a successful independent estate agency based in Hemel Hempstead that is seeking a confident and experienced Lettings Lister to join their growing lettings team.

This is a vital role for a proactive property professional with a strong track record in valuations, listings, and landlord relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting lettings valuations and winning new instructions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
• Advising landlords on market conditions and rental pricing
• Coordinating marketing and property listings
• Working closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless service
• Meeting and exceeding performance and instruction targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in lettings, particularly in valuations and listings
• Proven ability to win instructions and close business
• Strong knowledge of the local rental market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
