As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be the first contact for inbound property leads—qualifying, explaining solutions, and arranging valuations.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Call warm leads who responded to our property ads

• Understand seller motivation and build rapport

• Clearly explain our property solutions

• Agree non-binding offers based on initial details

• Schedule free valuation visits

• Record and manage lead data

• Confirm appointments and next steps with sellers
