What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
• Managing and developing a team of lettings professionals
• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Ensuring compliance and best practices across all lettings activities
• Driving business growth through networking and proactive lead generation
• Meeting and exceeding branch and individual performance targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Several years of experience in residential lettings (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process
• ARLA qualification (beneficial)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
• Strong rapport-building and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Reigate area (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
