What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets

• Conducting valuations and securing new rental instructions

• Driving business growth and increasing market share

• Ensuring high levels of customer service and client care

• Overseeing compliance, administration, and day-to-day lettings operations

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the local community

• Reporting performance and contributing to branch profitability

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a UK lettings agency (essential)

• Proven ability in valuations and listing rental properties

• Strong staff management and leadership skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation ability

• High standards of customer service and professionalism

• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills

• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of Surbiton and surrounding areas (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
