Job Title: LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE £50k per annum

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced residential Lettings Manager to lead a high-performing lettings team in the Bath area, with a focus on driving the team, developing the business and securing new instructions.

You’ll be joining a well-developed estate and lettings agency with a strong presence across the South West of England who offer a wide range of services and a structured career path. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage the lettings team and oversee day-to-day operations
• Conduct valuations and win new lettings instructions
• Motivate and lead the team to meet and exceed targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings
• Previous management experience essential
• Track record of securing instructions and achieving targets
• NFOPP / ARLA qualification (advantageous, not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• High standards of customer service and professionalism
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Bath area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
