A highly regarded Estate & Lettings Agency is seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to oversee their local lettings operations

This role involves generating new business, securing instructions, managing a proven lettings team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and mentoring skills with a proven record of valuing and converting instructions.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and managing the lettings office and team
• Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions
• Driving business growth and market share in the local area
• Mentoring, motivating, and developing staff performance
• Overseeing day-to-day lettings operations and compliance
• Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
• Building strong local presence and community connections
• Ensuring office targets and KPIs are consistently me

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Significant estate agency and lettings experience (essential)
• Proven track record in listing and winning business
• Experience managing and motivating a lettings team
• Excellent sales conversion skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised, ambitious, and proactive
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
