Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

We are looking for a proactive residential Property Manager to oversee residential property operations in the Kentish Town area (NW5). Must be organised, communicative, and experienced in property management software like Vebra Alto.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic residential lettings team in Kentish Town (NW5) as a Property Manager,where you’ll help oversee the managed portfolio of residential properties.

You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent service to tenants and landlords, maintaining compliance and upkeep across the board.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties

• Respond to landlord and tenant queries via phone and email

• Conduct regular property inspections

• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors

• Maintain accurate records using Vebra Alto software

• Ensure legal compliance in all property management duties

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in property management or a related role preferred

• Excellent administrative and data entry skills

• Proficiency in Vebra Alto or similar property management software highly desirable

• Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach
