LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

We’re seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator with strong residential lettings experience, excellent sales ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced Central London office (WC1).

This role is ideal for a lettings professional who thrives in a competitive but supportive environment and enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and negotiating successful Lets.

You’ll join a busy Central London team with strong market presence and opportunities for progression.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and conducting property viewings

• Generating new business and building strong landlord relationships

• Negotiating tenancy offers and agreeing deals

• Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in

• Providing high-level customer service and client care

• Working towards personal and office targets

• Supporting team activity to drive portfolio growth

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Residential lettings experience (essential)

• Strong sales background with proven results

• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced market

• Skilled in generating and converting new business opportunities

• Well-presented and professional

• Strong knowledge of the Central London lettings market (advantageous)

• Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent spoken and written English
