What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assisting with the letting of residential properties

• Handling enquiries and arranging property viewings

• Liaising with landlords and tenants

• Supporting the team to meet and exceed targets

• Providing excellent customer service

• Maintaining a professional and presentable manner at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in estate agency or a sales/customer-facing role

• Sales experience beneficial, especially telephone sales

• High level of customer service

• Good telephone manner

• Well-presented and articulate

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and a team player

• Full driving licence is essential
