What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Building and maintaining strong business relationships
• Supporting the branch to achieve targets and grow its lettings portfolio
• Winning new business and assisting with client retention
• Working closely with landlords, tenants, and colleagues to deliver excellent service

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships
• Full UK driving license is required
• Local knowledge of the Tilehurst area preferred
• Ambitious and motivated to succeed in a competitive market
