What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register and qualify prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate tenancies and offers
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assist with property listings and marketing
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Support the team in generating new business 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential lettings preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented
• Excellent telephone manner and communication
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Knowledge of Godalming and surrounding areas is a plus
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Proactive and professional attitude to estate agency
