WANTED! An energetic and friendly Lettings Negotiator is required to join a respected local lettings agency in the Finchley area. 

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving, independently owned local estate agency.

The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate and skilled at securing new instructions, negotiating lettings and building long-lasting client relationships. Local knowledge and a proactive approach will be highly valued. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new lettings business and winning instructions
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Providing professional advice to landlords and tenants
• Managing applicant enquiries and maintaining regular communication
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
• Supporting the team with general lettings administration
• Promoting the company’s services and reputation within the local area 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Residential Lettings Negotiator
• Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
• Professional, well-presented and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the Finchley area (beneficial)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
