Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a motivated Residential Lettings Negotiator to join a friendly, independent estate agency in Chichester. The ideal candidate will have recent lettings experience, a proven track record of closing deals, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys building strong client relationships and working in a professional, supportive team environment. Local knowledge of Chichester is advantageous, and a full driving licence is essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and securing new lettings instructions
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Meeting and exceeding personal and branch lettings targets
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and administration 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (minimum 6 months)
• Proven sales ability and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and strong telephone manner
• Local knowledge of Chichester (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
