We are urgently seeking a keen, self-motivated, dynamic, and conscientious Lettings Negotiator to join a well-regarded Residential Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in South East London.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling lettings negotiations and managing property listings
• Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Supporting team objectives and company goals
• Representing the company professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience essential
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the South East London (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence required
• Graduate applicants given preferential consideration
• Professional approach to estate agency
