An ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator is required in the Hounslow area to manage the full lettings process, secure tenancies, and deliver excellent service for a thriving independent estate agency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency in Hounslow.

The role involves managing tenancies from start to finish, liaising with landlords and tenants, and contributing to the growth of a busy, expanding lettings business. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and driven to achieve results while working both independently and as part of a team. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in
• Conducting property viewings and tenant assessments
• Negotiating tenancies and preparing contracts
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Supporting the lettings team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and internal processes 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)
• ARLA qualification (desirable)
• High standard of customer service and client care
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Well-presented, articulate, and professional
• Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Hounslow or surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
