Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – LETTINGS AGENT

Motivated Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator required to generate instructions, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies and build strong landlord relationships within a busy and professional Dorking office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and professional Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Dorking.

This role would suit an ambitious lettings professional looking to strengthen their career within a highly reputable Surrey agency. The successful candidate will be passionate about property, focused on delivering outstanding service and confident in winning new business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Generating new landlord leads and securing instructions
• Carrying out market appraisals (Senior level responsibility)
• Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Advising landlords on pricing, legislation and local market trends
• Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
• Liaising with referencing companies and preparing tenancy paperwork
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Achieving and exceeding agreed lettings targets
• Updating and maintaining CRM records accurately
• Contributing to overall office growth and market share 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in Residential Lettings essential
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions (particularly for Senior level)
• Good technical and legal knowledge of the lettings process
• High level of customer service skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Dorking and surrounding Surrey area helpful
• ARLA qualification advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential and own car preferred
• Professional approach to Estate Agency
