PRIME PROPERTY SALES MANAGER – Prime Property Estate Agency

Location: London Bridge (Hybrid), SE1

Salary: OTE £90k - £120k per annum

Position: Permanent – Full Time (Employed)

Superb Estate Agency Opportunity: Prime Property Sales Manager required for premium London brand. Responsible for listing, marketing and selling high-value homes across South East London & North West Kent: managing high-net-worth clients and growing market share.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Prime Property Sales professional to join the team within a premium brand estate agency with smart offices at London Bridge but also operating on a hybrid basis and covering Bromley, Chislehurst and South East London.

This role will suit to a polished Estate Agency Sales Manager with proven success in the upper tiers of the property market. You will be responsible for securing and selling high-value homes, advising high-net-worth clients and representing a respected premium brand.

The successful candidate will be articulate, credible and confident when dealing with substantial property transactions and discerning clientele. Previous experience of dealing with this sector of the market is essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Generating and winning prime property instructions

  • Conducting high-value market appraisals and valuations

  • Managing the full sales process from instruction to completion

  • Negotiating high-value transactions with confidence and discretion

  • Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients

  • Representing the brand at networking and community events

  • Growing market share across Bromley, Chislehurst and South East London

  • Providing exceptional levels of client care and communication

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or above

  • Proven track record within the upper end / prime property market

  • Strong listing and valuation experience

  • Demonstrable success dealing with high-net-worth individuals

  • Refined negotiation and closing skills

  • Professional, articulate and well presented

  • Strategic approach to marketing premium homes

  • Knowledge of Bromley, Chislehurst & South East London advantageous

  • Full UK Driving Licence essential

  • Ability to operate at a high level of discretion and professionalism
