We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a successful and expanding estate agency based in Margate, CT10.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Follow up on qualified leads generated by the agency branch
• Build lasting relationships with home buyers and existing clients
• Recommend suitable mortgage products based on client needs and affordability
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations and lending criteria
• Meet performance targets while maintaining high compliance standards 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor (minimum 12 months preferred)
• Proven track record of writing business and hitting targets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Well-organised and self-motivated
• A professional and ethical approach to mortgage advice
• Knowledge of the Margate / Thanet property market is desirable
