A great opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor who is looking for an employed role in a hot-lead rich sales environment!  Our client, a busy local estate agency, provides mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.

This role offers the chance to join a long-standing, busy Estate Agency Group operating across Surrey & South West London, supporting clients with mortgage advice on first-time purchases, onward purchases, buy-to-let and remortgage cases.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients

• Assessing clients’ financial situations to deliver appropriate recommendations

• Managing a pipeline of leads generated through the estate agency

• Identifying and maximising cross-selling opportunities

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations

• Delivering high standards of client service and communication

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Current or recent experience as a Mortgage Adviser

• Strong technical knowledge of the mortgage industry

• CAS status preferred

• Proven track record in mortgage services and advisory work

• Excellent communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills

• Smart, professional presentation

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure

• Full UK driving licence and own car
