We’re supporting a leading mortgage business in Medway who are seeking an experienced Mortgage Services Team Leader to guide a growing advisory team, enhance performance through coaching, and deliver strong customer-led results.

Our client is expanding their mortgage division and requires a proactive Team Leader to oversee and develop a team of mortgage and protection advisors/lead generators.

This is an established, high-performing team with further growth ahead, and they’re seeking a team leader who can support their vision and elevate performance through strong coaching, structure, and motivation. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and motivating a team to meet individual and departmental targets.

• Delivering coaching, regular observations, and ongoing performance support.

• Conducting structured business review meetings with team members.

• Helping advisors upskill to provide strong customer outcomes.

• Identifying opportunities and collaborating with the line manager to maximise results.

• Driving a positive, high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven sales management experience (mortgage/financial services preferred).

• Strong background in mortgage advice and sales.

• CEMAP1 (or CAS status) required.

• Able to inspire, influence, and develop others.

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

• Confident, resilient, and highly organised.

• Problem-solver with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
