We are hunting for an organised and supportive Estate Agency Branch Office Manager for a busy Sales & Lettings team in the Croydon area. The role will involve ensuring effective office operations, strong communication, and first-class customer service at all times.
We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a respected independent Sales & Lettings Agency in Croydon.
The role requires someone who can step in confidently, support a fast-paced team, and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Strong administrative capability, property experience, and excellent people skills are essential.
Candidates with previous experience in Estate Agency or Residential Lettings will be considered preferentially.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
- Managing correspondence, documentation, and compliance processes
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and office activities
- Assisting with customer enquiries both in person and by phone
