What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales

• Valuation and instruction-winning expertise

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Motivational and leadership abilities

• Full UK driving license

• Local area knowledge of Ashford (preferred)
