• Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
• Contributing to branch profitability and business performance

• Enhancing the agency’s local reputation and presence 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills
• Motivated, professional, and confident communicator
• Local knowledge of the Ashford area preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
