An opportunity for a Property Management Assistant to help support a busy residential lettings portfolio in Woking, providing administrative and customer service support to landlords, tenants, and the property management team.

This role offers the chance to join a successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Woking as a Property Management Assistant. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the property management function while developing your experience within residential lettings. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
  • Assisting with landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Attending property inspections and recording findings
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the property management team
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient processes
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in Lettings Administration and/or Property Management
  • Understanding of lettings and property management procedures
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Professional approach to customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Woking area or surrounding locations (advantageous)
