An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a multi-branch, independently owned property company based in Penge, SE20.

This established and well-regarded company is looking for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently manage a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining compliance and efficiency in all aspects of property management.

This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has a strong understanding of lettings legislation, and takes pride in their organisational and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.

• Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and liaising with contractors.

• Coordinating property inspections and ensuring compliance.

• Managing tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and end-of-tenancy processes.

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Ensuring legal obligations and safety checks are up to date.

• Using property management software to record and update tasks.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management.

• Strong knowledge of tenancy law and lettings compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay organised.

• Confident in dealing with contractors, landlords, and tenants.

• Proficient in using property management software.

• A calm and professional manner under pressure.

• Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential depending on the portfolio).
