What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance issues, inspections, and tenancy renewals
• Resolving problems efficiently and calmly
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working within a high-performing lettings team 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure with effective problem-solving ability
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Professional and empathetic approach
• Knowledge of the Slough area (beneficial)
• Full UK Driving Licence and preferably own vehicle
