What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio
• Conducting property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term visits
• Coordinating maintenance and handling tenant issues
• Preparing and serving notices where required
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management
• Keeping records up-to-date and compliant 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of the lettings and rental process
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident, and dependable
• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with the South Kensington area is a plus
