An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic, personable and ambitious Residential Property Manager to join an established and highly regarded estate and lettings agency based in Central London

This is a great role for someone with a passion for property and a proven background in residential lettings and property management who is looking to progress their career with a company that prides itself on exceptional service and client care. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a diverse residential property portfolio
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and the lettings team
• Handle maintenance issues and resolve problems promptly
• Prioritise and manage workload effectively under tight deadlines
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of lettings and property management procedures
• Professional and approachable customer service manner
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• ARLA qualification (advantageous)
