Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Location: Farnham, Surrey, GU9

Salary: £32,000 per annum

WANTED! Experienced residential Property Manager required to help oversee an AST lettings portfolio in the Farnham area. Ideal for an individual with strong lettings industry knowledge, excellent communication skills and confidence managing maintenance, compliance, property visits and client relationships.

A respected independent Estate & Lettings Agency with a recognisable local presence is seeking an experienced Property Manager to support the smooth running and upkeep of their expanding residential lettings portfolio.

This role requires exceptional organisation, proven lettings expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors. An ARLA qualification would be helpful but not essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing day-to-day maintenance and repair enquiries
• Coordinating contractors and suppliers
• Handling Notices and relevant documentation
• Organising safety certificates and ensuring compliance
• Conducting and managing periodic property inspections
• Communicating with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships
• Travelling to properties as required (car and licence essential) 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential Property Management experience (essential)
• ARLA membership preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Professional, organised and self-motivated
• Team-focused with the ability to build rapport
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car
