WANTED! An experienced residential Property Manager required to help oversee a busy local residential lettings portfolio. You’ll handle maintenance, tenancies, renewals, compliance and client communication while supporting the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

A respected independent estate and lettings agency is seeking a knowledgeable Residential Property Manager to join their team in Ryde. You will manage a substantial lettings portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors while contributing to a supportive office environment and benefiting from structured development opportunities. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing all aspects of residential property management
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating terms
• Preparing tenancy agreements and serving notices
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Addressing enquiries professionally and promptly
• Supporting colleagues with portfolio-related tasks 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
• High standard of customer service
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of current lettings regulations
