A skilled and experienced residential Property Manager is required in the Paddington W2 area, to help oversee a busy residential lettings portfolio: ensuring compliance, efficiency, and first-class customer service for landlords and tenants.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and organised Property Manager to join a respected independent estate and lettings agency in Paddington. The role involves managing an extensive residential lettings portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver a seamless and professional service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s property management experience, strong knowledge of lettings legislation, and the confidence to handle all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Paddington and surrounding areas
• Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor appointments
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulations
• Overseeing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Managing rental arrears and deposits in line with procedures
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
• Providing regular updates and reports to clients 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management (minimum 1 year)
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• High level of customer service and communication ability
• Professional, confident telephone manner
• Well-presented and articulate
• Self-motivated, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks
• Team player with a positive, customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of the London lettings market (advantageous)
• Willingness to continue professional training and development
