PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

An experienced Residential Property Manager role in Epsom: managing a varied lettings portfolio, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties are maintained, compliant, and professionally managed.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join the lettings department of an independent Estate & Lettings Agency with a strong presence in the Epsom area.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a friendly and established team managing a diverse local property portfolio. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio on behalf of landlords
• Following landlord instructions and maintaining clear communication
• Ensuring Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates are in place and up to date
• Issuing and overseeing maintenance and repair works
• Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants throughout works
• Handling deposit negotiations and releases
• Resolving property-related issues efficiently and professionally 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Property Management (essential)
• Good understanding of lettings and property management procedures
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Knowledge of the Epsom area beneficial
• ARLA qualification advantageous but not essential
