An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a smart independent Sales and Lettings agency in Surbiton. The role requires someone able to help manage properties confidently and professionally from day one so previous lettings or property management experience is essential!

The role: Help manage the residential lettings portfolio, support landlords and tenants, ensure legal compliance, resolve maintenance issues, deliver consistent and outstanding customer service, and maintain accurate records across day-to-day property management activities in the local Surbiton office. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance issues
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Handling enquiries and issues calmly and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and property files
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
• Effective problem-solving skills
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of the Surbiton area beneficial
• Professional and responsible approach to property management
