An opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager to assist with the management of a residential lettings portfolio in and around the Woking area: delivering consistent service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager looking to join a successful independent Sales and Lettings Agency in Woking. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a residential property portfolio from tenancy start through to end
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Ensuring properties are managed in line with current legislation
  • Handling tenancy-related queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Liaising with the lettings team to ensure smooth handovers
  • Maintaining accurate property and compliance records
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential Property Management (essential)
  • Strong understanding of lettings and property management procedures
  • ARLA or related qualification preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
  • Professional and proactive approach
  • Local knowledge of Woking or surrounding areas (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence
