Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

An experienced Property Manager is required to help manage a residential lettings portfolio in the Wandsworth (South West London) area, ensuring excellent service delivery, compliance, and strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Interested? Call Worth Recruiting.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a varied residential property portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, maintaining high standards, and delivering a professional service across all aspects of property management.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in residential property management and a strong understanding of current lettings legislation. An ARLA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in to move-out.
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing a professional and responsive service.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and compliance documentation.
• Ensuring all properties meet current legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Carrying out property inspections and managing follow-up actions.
• Resolving tenant and landlord queries, including handling complaints where necessary.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property management.
• Good working knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Experience managing a mixed residential portfolio (including new-builds or higher-value properties is a plus).
• ARLA or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential.
