This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive independent lettings agency in Andover.

You’ll be part of an experienced and supportive team, managing a diverse portfolio of local residential properties and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
• Handle all aspects of property management, including maintenance, inspections, renewals, and compliance
• Serve Section 21 and Section 8 Notices when required
• Ensure all safety certificates are up to date and compliant
• Negotiate tenancy renewals and manage tenancy deposits
• Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong relationships
• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while upholding professional standards 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of the local area beneficial
• Full driving licence essential and own car preferred
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
