A proactive and organised Property Manager with specific experience of maintenance, is required to oversee maintenance issues within a residential portfolio in the South East London area. The role will involve ensuring efficient issue resolution, strong communication, and high service standards for landlords and tenants.

This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and specialises in maintenance coordination.

You will be joining a respected independent agency supporting a growing managed portfolio, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing maintenance for a portfolio of residential properties

• Coordinating repairs, inspections, and contractor visits

• Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords, and suppliers

• Ensuring all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently

• Overseeing safety certificates, compliance, and property standards

• Managing workflows, reports, and maintenance records

• Supporting renewals, check-outs, and deposit processes where required

• Maintaining exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management, ideally maintenance-led

• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

• Professional and confident communicator
